Track & field calculators

Score a decathlon, rate a mark on the World Athletics tables, age-grade a masters sprint, take the wind out of a 100m time or convert a hand time to FAT. Each calculator uses the published formula and lists its source at the bottom of the page.

Built on the official tables

The decathlon, heptathlon and pentathlon calculators use the formulas and constants printed in the World Athletics Scoring Tables for Combined Events, and reproduce the book's sample score sheets and the world-record totals exactly. The World Athletics points calculator reproduces the 2025 Scoring Tables of Athletics at every hundredth and centimetre we checked. The masters age-grading calculator uses the WMA 2023 one-year age factors, checked value for value against the WMA document. Wind and timing conversions show their formula and the paper or rulebook it comes from.

To see how your time ranks for your age and level, use how fast is my time. The rest of the site's free tools for sprinters are listed on one page.
